About the service, in short
?Does the article disappear from the internet?
Google and Bing delisting removes the link from search results for your name, in the EU. The article stays on the publisher's site — but if no one can find it anymore, the practical effect is huge. When it's worth it, we also request a correction or removal directly at the source.
?And what if you don't succeed?
You pay for the work done properly on each request, with appeals included in the per-link price. But we stand behind our triage: if we told you a case had strong odds and, after exhausting the usual channels, we still don't succeed, we give you your money back on that case. Our success rate on what we actually file is 80–90%, precisely because we only file what's worth it.
?What do I need to get started?
The list of links (or just your name), a copy of your ID, and a signed authorization — we send you the template, it takes 5 minutes.
?What do you do with links that can't be delisted?
We tell you upfront, during the check, which ones they are — we don't file requests we know will be rejected, because a file full of lost requests hurts the odds of the good ones too. Where there's an alternative (correction at the source, right of reply, monitoring), we suggest it.

?What documents do I need?
A copy of your ID, a signed authorization (we provide the template), and, if they exist, documents supporting your case: an acquittal ruling, a criminal record certificate, proof of rehabilitation.
?Do appeals cost extra?
No. Response rounds to Google's decisions are included in the per-link price. Only escalation to the publisher or to ANSPDCP is a separate service, one you choose to add.
?Can I request delisting for someone else?
Yes — for parents, children, or relatives, with authorization from the person concerned. Many of our cases come through family members.
?What happens if the article reappears?
Delisting is per link. If the publication republishes the material at a different address, a new request is needed — which is why we also offer a monitoring subscription that catches reappearances.

?How long does a platform takedown take?
It varies by platform — some respond within hours for intimate content or threats, others can take up to two weeks for ordinary cases. We'll give you an exact estimate after the check.
?What do you do if the platform refuses the request?
It depends on the reason — sometimes we reformulate the request with additional grounds, other times we go the DSA or DMCA route, if the situation fits.

?Does a DSA notice replace the platform's normal reporting?
No, it complements it. A DSA notice is more formal and requires the platform to respond with reasons, unlike a simple report button.
?How long does the platform have to respond?
The regulation doesn't set one fixed universal deadline, but large platforms must process notices "in a timely manner". We track every deadline and follow up if they're late.

Yes — DMCA is recognized by most hosts and by Google, no matter where the site that copied your content is registered.
?Do I need a lawyer for a DMCA notice?
